About

The Lake Minnetonka Youth Fishing Association (LMYFA) will bring parents and children together to build lifelong memories and relationships through the sport of fishing.  This is being done through the implementation of fishing seasons and competitive structured events on Lake Minnetonka.  LMYFA’s goal will be to promote the growth of fishing in the community and provide the best possible experience for all participants by encouraging, developing, advancing and administering the sport of fishing.  LMFYA will lay the groundwork so individual kids and families can have continuous opportunities to participate in fishing activities for of a period of 5-10 years.  Participation is open to anybody who is willing to travel to fish on Lake Minnetonka between the ages of 4-16.  To Register click here
